Fleuril Go Point
An Amsterdam laundrette, turned into a fashion experience.
Part of our community-led work in Amsterdam: evenings where retail was in the room, but never the whole point.
The problem
Most fashion events hand guests an invitation and very little to do. Go Point gave them a job the moment they walked into the laundrette.
The insight
One idea carried everything. You could understand it from a single photo, it was social without anyone trying, and it gave people something to actually do.
What we decided
Washing machines held mystery selections. Guests brought a good piece they’d stopped wearing, swapped it for something unexpected, and used the repair bar on the way out. We planned the event with Fleuril.
What happened
A swap people could explain in a sentence and photograph in one frame. What we took from it: give people a role, not just an invitation.
